Creating low-cost luxury modular homes

Flat-pack or modular homes have traditionally been used to build low-cost housing, but now Filipino entrepreneur Robbie Antonio is using prefab technology to build luxury homes designed by world-famous architects – at low cost.

In making these houses more affordable, the company has become the first Filipino start-up to achieve a billion dollar valuation.
